Missed the weekly update yesterday because I was traveling for work. Let be said my scale says I am back to 250lbs and 30% body fat. I did a serious calculation on my eating out breakfast I love and that meal alone puts me over on my calories for the day so I am casting it out. Since doing the one meal diet I realize I dont need to eat as much as I used to. When I do I feel awful. So that is good. I started taking vitamins this weekend too. An active male vitamin and supplement. I think it is going well and if anything it makes my pee super gold. Like Leprechauns might be hanging out near my toilet as their pot of gold. One step closer to a better today.
