This week we are down and up. Weight is down to 247 and BMI is up to 34%. I was feeling sick this weekend so I didnt work out at all and I ate crappy food. Somehow I came out down. I think that it was even though I ate crappy food I didnt eat a lot of it. Anyways new week. Going to do the replacement meals with protein shakes and eat a decent dinner each night. See how that goes. I am guessing I will be grumpy to start the week. Hoping for more sustained progress.
