Ok, I cant seem to make gains on weight loss but I am rocking the strength training and improvements. Next week I am going to try something different. I am going to go with a breakfast lunch protein shake diet and balanced veggie and meat dinner. I want to see what results I get. So instead of supplement diet it will be a replacement diet with the protein shakes. It might not be for me but I am willing to give it a shot. MMMM mostly liquid diet.
